President's Report 2007

INGASCO, INCORPORATED is incorporated in the Philippines. It is primarily engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, acetylene, carbon dioxide and other allied gasses, as well as the manufacturer of on site-plant and sale of gas equipment. The primary stockholders of the Company are Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (TNSC), a company incorporated in Japan, where Japan’s top specialty distributor of industrial gas and manufacturer of air separation plants and the Caloocan Gas Corporation (CGC), one of the leading manufacturer and distributors of industrial gases in the Philippines.

With the joint venture of these two giant gas professional companies, TNSC and CGC, INGASCO now can substantially supply the requirements of the Philippines semiconductor industry and the requirements of other manufacturing and processing concerns such as pharmaceuticals, petrochemical companies, oil refineries, electric transformers, steel and metals, synthetic fiber manufacturer, food and beverage, medical, scientific, shipbuilding, automotive and other fabrication industries.

More importantly, in his vision at year 2015, Ingasco ’s tough position in the Philippines will always be a leading, most reliable and cost efficient solution provider in the industry with world’s class quality standard. This vision is defended the company’s leadership in industrial gas domestically, with statistical record of impressive growth in sales performance of the company from year 2002 to 2006.

As a result of the aggressive marketing efforts with its dealer, the audited net sales generated by the company to Php 1.022 billion or a hefty 1.07% increase from previous levels. And also on the asset performance of the company from year 1996 shows triumphantly by its double results by year 2006 at 1.7 billion or an increase by 2.49 from 2006.

Indeed, Ingasco, Incorporated continues to defy the persisting sluggish economic recovery in the local and global arena. The Company continues to move forward – Profitably!

Nonetheless, these accomplishments would not have been possible without the collective efforts of each and every employee, officers, directors and stockholders – working together as a TEAM!
