I, as key member of the INGASCO organization commit myself to the following:

The Responsibility

Ingasco, Inc. adopts the promotion of safety and health as a mutual objective for the management and employees and part of its business practices.

It is the policy of Ingasco to :

Provide and maintain a safe and health work environment by eliminating if not, prevent any foreseeable hazards which may result in fires, damages/loss to property, personal injuries and illness and loss of lives;

Provide trainings, seminars and orientation to enable employees to perform their work safely and effectively, and ensure that precautionary/safety measures are observed on the operation of plants, installation, offices, services rendered and during in the delivery of products;

Establish emergency organization and procedures before an accident occur, having a clear plan for handling accidents to prevent situation from getting out of control;

Comply with appropriate regulations and standards affecting the safety and heal of the operation as well as the people involved;

Protect the public and customers by making our products, facilities and services safer.
